Simon Says Stamp Vintage with Flowers

I used CTMH stamps for the writing, the postmark and the decorative swirls. I used a Martha Stewart black pearl, a crocheted flower, an image of a girl, and for the background, I scanned the back of an old postcard.

Penny Black Week 90

The flower image is from Penny Black Flower Gallery, the pink cardstock was embossed with Cuttlebug textile folder, the lady bug paper is from DCWV stack called Nana's kids. The foam stickers are something I had laying around. I also inked the white areas of the card.

Happy Valentine's Day Ken

Here is a Valentine's Day card made from an old postcard picture. I wonder what she is whispering to him? Happy Valentine's Day Ken. Buy your wife something nice...I said so! Think about what you're going to do while you listen to some of my favorite songs.
I collect these old pictures to make cards out of. I have collected quite a few images. I really love baby ones. There are several web sites where you can download old pictures for free. This image I purchased from a seller on e-bay along with about 20 others for a really good price.

Happy Valentine's Day Bud (Sandman)

I used this old postcard image of 2 children to make a Valentine's Day card for my friend Bud. I think it portrays my fat butt well....LOL! I call him Sandman because he trucks sand all over for use on the roads in the winter but also for other projects in the summer. Listen to my play list for the Chordettes recording of "Mr. Sandman".

Day 339

Day 339 at 365 cards was to have the word "Love" on your card. I used CTMH papers, Penny Black images, Copic markers, and Cuttlebug hearts folder (sanded).

Day 341

Day 341 at 365 cards was to use a heart in place of a bloom. I made three hearts using the iris folding technique and made a ribbon out of chunky yarn.
