Card Party

Not your typical card party! A friend invited me to come to her house and teach her, her 2 daughters and another friend how to make cards. We're starting with the top one, simple right? I love the Penny Black Hedgehogs, how many times can I say it...LOL It would make a good card for a boy because of the dp I used for the background. The second card is one I saw on the CTMH website. I changed it some. I used CTMH ink and CTMH stamps, cut them out and put them in "windows". I then used MS grass punch for the bottoms and some ribbon I had hanging around.

Penny Black Wk. 94

This card is for Wk. 94 Penny Black Saturday Challenge to use butterlies and bees. I used all Penny Black images. I love the hedgehogs the best! I used Copic markers to color and I used CTMH Moonstruck ink for the "sky".

Get Well Kenny

I made this card for a guy that works with us and had everyone sign it. Poor Ken had a stroke during lunch time. He is doing very well now. I used a Tim Holtz image (the truck) and CTMH sentiment. I used CTMH cocoa ink.

Vintage Invitation

I made this card for 2 challenges. The Pink Elephant Challenge #57 was to make an invitation. This is an invitation to a Victorian Hat Show. The Cuttlebug Spot wanted a vintage image. Two challenges with one card....priceless! I used my cuttlebug folder for the purple background which was CTMH cardstock, I stamped the Tim Holtz ticket with CTMH cocoa ink as well as distressing the picture of the 3 ladies. The images of the ladies and the cleaning slip came from a vintage web site that is no longer in service :-(

Allsorts Challenge Blog/Cuttlebug Challenges

Week 42 of Allsorts Challenge Blog is "Just for Men." Cuttlebug Challenges blogspot is crackling glass. I used CTMH paper and image. I used the cracked glass technique for the image and used the Cuttlebug Bubbles folder for embossing. Two challenges met with this card.

St. Patrick's Day Cards

I downloaded the cute images from http://www.livinglocurto.com
They have alot of free things to download, check them out. I love all these images but I especially love the first one, the little boy. He has leprechaun ears!! I used my Cuttlebug folders to emboss the green cardstock background.
