Day 16 Smeared and Smudged 4th Annual "31 Days of Halloween"

She wants to hang with her friends and Mom wants her to take little bro' Trick or Treating!  Been there, done that! The little guy is from Rubbernecker stamps. I stamped, colored and fussy cut him. I think the lovely lady is from Simply Betty but I did not have it marked when I saved it. If anyone knows, let me know please so I can update my file. I like to give credit where credit is due. She was also colored with Copics and fussy cut.

Day 15 Smeared and Smudged 4th Annual "31 Days of Halloween"

I created another tag today. I used distress inks in scattered straw, tea dye and bundled sage for the ground. For the sky I used denim jeans. I stamped the tree by Rubbernecker stamps with black archival ink along with the sentiment from Studio G. I fashioned the grave stones by using a tag punch. I then distressed them with distress ink in vintage photo. I took a pencil and made faint marks across the "tombstones" to make it look like writing. I then used one of my funky dollar store paper clips on the top.

Day 14 Smeared and Smudged 4th Annual "31 Days of Halloween"

I used a manilla tag, dragged it through Distress inks (shabby shutters, scattered straw and peeled paint) and water, dried it with my heat tool and then stamped the raven stamp from Stampendous with embossing ink, sprinkled garnet embossing powder on and then heated it with my heating tool. I put one of those silly paper clips on the end. Check out this awesome blog hop going on all month. Go to the right of my blog and start with Terra to get all the info.

Day 13 Smeared and Smudged 4th annual "31 Days of Halloween"

Today I made a tag. I used Distressed inks. I used dried marigold, scattered straw and tea ink dye, smeared them on a craft sheet, sprayed water on it and them dragged the tag through it to give it its vintage coloring. I dried it with my heat tool. I then used a Tim Holtz stamp on the bottom and an American Art Stamp on the top. I used a triangular paper clip from the $ store and some eyelash yarn  for the top. If you arrived here on your own, please go to the right side of my blog and start with Terra to get an idea of what the blog hop is and how you can earn some goodies. Day 11 Smeared and Smudged 4th Annual "31 Days of Halloween"

I borrowed these stamps from a friend. I think they may be CTMH. In the left upper corner I made a mummy using distressed strips of paper, 2 black pearls and the Happy Halloween ribbon on his "forehead." The dp was from Miss Elizabeth's. I colored the images with Copics and used a fancy punch to punch them out. I am putting this up early as I need to take my brother to the dentist tomorrow and wouldn't be able to get this up in time. If you aren't on the Smeared and Smudged blog hop then please start with Terra to get all the details. She and the others are on the right side of my blog. Good luck hopping.

Day 10 Smeared and Smudged 4th annual "31 Days of Halloween"

I used CTMH topiary color ink to distress the sides of the papers. Frankie was a CTMH stamp colored with Copic markers. The paper is from CTMH, the color is Terra cotta. I printed the saying and attached it to the bottom. I also inked up a bat and some webs and then I finished off with some jute. Go to Terra's blog on the right side of my blog and get the "skinny" on this blog hop.
