Week 72 at Penny Black Saturday was to make something spooktacular using at least 1 Penny Black stamp. I used the Trick or Treat set which I love. I colored the image of Frankie with Copic Markers and sponged the edges of the papers with CTMH cocoa. I used twine from my stash, a square punch from I don't know where, and made the computer generated sentiment. I gave it to my friend Bud.
