Mary Annette
My scanner really washed out the colors on this card...WOW! I have entered this into 3 challenges, The Pink Elephant, using the color orange which is really washed out on my paper, The Crafty Ho's, using a photo inspiration which was a hat, and Busy Beauties Creation Station, using this sketch. The marionette is a digi from the Busy Beauties boutique. The inside says"Dear Charlie,
I'm sick of you stringing me along.
We're through!
Mary Annette"
I was thinking of the dummy Charlie McCarthy from the old days (and boy am I old...LOL)

Penny Black Wk. #102
Clean and Simple Stamping #91
I made this birthday card for my brother Keith using the sketch at Clean and Simple Stamping. I used a free cupcake image sent to me by Busy Beauties when I made an order for another digital stamp. I colored the image with Copic Markers. I think the papers are CTMH. They were in my stash. Now I'm off to make another card for my other brother Kevin (their twins!)Saturday, May 22, 2010
Three Challenges
I rocked 3 challenges today: Haunted Design House; devious doctors and fiendish Florence Nightengales...I used a Daniel Torrente stamp for the creepy female doctor; Allsorts; use a tag...mine is a used as a gravestone that says "Is there a doctor in the house?"; and Burtonesque Dolls...to use black flowers and skulls. I colored the image with Copic Markers, the background paper is DCWV, I used a Fiskars flower punch and dotted the flower with a white Jelly Roll pen, the tag punch is from Paper Shapers, and the skull fell off a kids charm bracelet. Enjoy this beautiful day.Saturday, May 15, 2010
Cooking it up with Katie
Cooking it up with Katie challenge #17 is "3 Colors of a Charming Man." I used CTMH cardstock, Copic markers, a charm that says "That's my boy" from Creative Imaginations Simply Charming, and the dog and hydrant image called "Alfie raising leg" by Rubbernecker stamps. I doodled around the card with a Sakura Jelly Roll pen. Thanks for looking, have a nice day.Happy 1st Birthday, Allsorts!/ Penny Black #101 and JUGS #33
I completed 3 challenges with this card. Allsorts Wk. #52 was to make a birthday card to celebrate their first birthday, JUGS #33 was to have red, white, and blue (kraft optional), and Penny Black #101 was to have flowers and a PB image (dog and sentiment are PB). I used CTMH cardstock, CTMH flowers, nestabilities, and Copic markers. Thanks for looking, have a great day!
